Grammy-winning DJ Diplo will headline the second annual Glow Block Party on Saturday, Oct. 3, turning a stretch of Pennsylvania Avenue NW into an open-air dance floor steps from the U.S. Capitol.

Club GLOW, the DC-based promoter behind Echostage, announced the lineup on its Instagram page Monday, Aug. 10. The rain-or-shine festival runs 3 to 10 p.m. at 600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW and is open to attendees 18 and older.

Joining Diplo on the bill are tech house producer Westend, singer and DJ Anabel Englund, breakout artist Monty Kiddo and Washington's own Ratalina, according to PoPville. A dedicated Homegrown Stage will spotlight DC-area acts Avishek, Fátima, Deuxchat and Guillermo.

The inaugural Block Party in April drew 10,000 fans who danced against the backdrop of the Capitol dome with headliner Chris Lake. Club GLOW, led by president and CEO Pete Kalamoutsos, has promoted electronic music in Washington since 1999 and operates Echostage, the 3,000-capacity Northeast venue that DJ Mag readers voted the world's No. 1 club in 2021.

Diplo, founder of the Mad Decent label and a star of Major Lazer, holds three Grammy wins and 13 nominations, including Best Dance/Electronic Recording for "Where Are Ü Now" with Skrillex and Justin Bieber.
